The first step consists on analyzing your requirements with one of our partner and, if necessary, a consultant from Audros when an adaptation is needed with Audros.
Our partner’s expertise will help accomplish a fine evaluation of specific needs related to your organization, circulation and validation of documents along with the product life cycle. We carry out the integration with the existing system of creation and management of information such as office CAD, ERP, CRM…Our objective is to offer a solution that is fully integrated with the user environment.
The evaluation report and the specifications complete the contract which takes into account all the elements of the project, costs of software and services, planning, commitments and responsibility for partner and editor.

The respect of deadlines at each stage of the process is a very important guarantee of success and must ensure a return on investment within 3 to 6 months. The project can be divided into several lots corresponding to different phases of the project in terms of functional scope and desired ROI.
