Each Audros integrator provides phone support of level 1 relating to optimize the use of applications Audros.

Audros assistance intervenes on level 2 of support which is related to bugs not listed and requiring the provision of patches patches or workarounds procedures.

Audros also provides a service update includes functional changes of the application (unless major changes identified as such by Audros).


To ensure the support level 1 and 2, Audros provides a website: http://extranet.audros.fr

This site, accessible by all partners and customers under maintenance, allows you to:
  • Download the latest patch Audros
  • Submit applications support (Process FMEA)
  • Access to technical documentation Audros (Guides, KB, FAQ ...)
  • Download macros AUPL (Audros Programming Language)
  • Etc ...
