Each Audros integrator provides phone support of level 1 relating to optimize the use of applications Audros.
Audros assistance intervenes on level 2 of support which is related to bugs not listed and requiring the provision of patches patches or workarounds procedures. Audros also provides a service update includes functional changes of the application (unless major changes identified as such by Audros).
