Each Audros integrator provides level 1 phone support to optimize the use of Audros applications.

Audros intervenes for Level 2 support related to non-listed bugs that requires the availability of corrective patches or workaround procedures.

Audros also provides an update service which includes changes in the application features (except major developments defined as such by Audros).

This website, is accessible by the partners and all customers under maintenance, which is used to:

  • Download the latest Audros patches
  • Submit support requests (process FMEA)
  • Access to technical Audros documentation (Guides, KB, FAQ…)
  • Download macros AUPL (Audros Programming language)
  • etc…
